To be eligible for dual credit Math, you must meet the following requirements:
Juniors and seniors: 3.0 GPA or higher (on a 4.0 scale) or 2.5-2.99 GPA with instructor/guidance counselor recommendation
Course Placement Options
To be placed into MTH 130, 134, 136, 138, 340 students need to meet one of the following:
"B" or better in Algebra 1 and Algebra 2 with high school teachers’ recommendation
or Math ACT exam score of 22 or higher or appropriate score on the Math Placement exam.
To be placed into MTH 137 students need to meet one of the following:
"C" or better in MTH 136 or Math ACT exam score of 25 or higher or appropriate score on the Math Placement exam.
To be placed into MTH 261 students need to meet one of the following:
"C" or better in MTH 137 or MTH 138 or Math ACT exam score of 28 or higher or Appropriate score on the Math Placement exam
