Transcripts

What is a transcript?

A transcript is an official report of a student’s record of courses studied and grades received. Every MSU dual credit student builds a Missouri State transcript of the courses taken through the dual credit program.

How to order your transcript and/or transfer your credits to another college or university

To request to have your MSU transcript from the Office of the Registrar,

select “I am a dual credit student” and create an account and order your transcript through Parchment.

Unofficial transcripts are generally used by students to view their grades and are typically not accepted for the purposes of admission to other institutions. Please verify with the recipient if the unofficial transcript is acceptable.

How to request an unofficial transcript

If you are not a current student or do not have access to your My Missouri State, send the Unofficial Transcript Request Form to Registrar@MissouriState.edu.

How do my credits apply at MSU?

Dual credit courses are considered official courses at the university level. All dual credit courses taken through MSU dual credit will appear on a student’s transcript. The grades earned in the courses contribute to the student’s GPA at Missouri State.
